How to send a compliment and make a post?
It is very simple to publicly recognize a colleague on Elofy. One way to do so is by using the Compliment Wall feature. Below you will find the step-by-step guide on how to send a compliment:
Step 01
When you log into the platform, you will immediately be on the "My Vision" screen. In order to send a compliment, you need to access the Board menu:
Next, you will see the details screen of the Compliment and Publication Board.
By default, under the "Quick Access" tab, you will see the "Company" section first. You can restrict the visualization by selecting the view you want:
My Overview: All posts related to you (your posts about someone else or posts in which your user was tagged);
My team: All posts made by people on the team you belong to;
My Led: Posts made by your direct team members, as registered in the user profile;
Company: Posts made by all users of the company.
Also, you can browse the wall by the types of compliments and hashtags most used:
NOTE - In order to remove the filter by compliment or hashtag, just click again on top of the selected filter.
Step 02
Click on ‘Send Praise’ to access the creation screen.
Compliment (praise)
Write your compliment in the indicated box and mention the recipient by typing @recipient name. You can also attach badges to the compliment. These badges can be native to the platform or customized/personalized by the company:
Post
You can also make a post on the wall. If you need to make a general announcement, you can use this feature, for example. You can also add photos with the publication here:
NOTE - About the Files:
You can add files up to 5mb;
The allowed file types are: gif, jpeg, png, apng, svg, bmp, bmp ico, png ico.
You can include clickable Youtube links, like this:
How do I edit/delete a compliment/post on the Board?
Once a praise or publication has been made on the Wall, you can edit or delete it. Click on the 03 dots located in the upper corner of the post, and choose the intended option:
How do I leave a comment/like on a compliment/post on the Board?
Even if you are not related to the compliment or post, you can still interact with it. In Elofy, you can like it or leave a comment:
How to export a Board report?
To export a Wall report in an excel spreadsheet file, you just have to click on the "export" button, located at the top of the Wall screen:
Ranking of compliments and values
On the Wall, you also have access to a compliment ranking that provides two views:
Who sent the most compliments to you;
To whom you've sent the most compliments.
Additionally, there is also a value ranking that shows the badges you have received the most or sent the most.
