Follow the step-by-step guide below to access the IDPs for team members and the entire company.

In order to view the IDPs of your team members and the company, first of all, you must have a profile with the necessary access to Elofy. If you want to learn more about access profiles, click here.

1 - To visualize the team members, the manager profile is recommended. With this profile, you will be able to view all the PDPs of the team members that are part of the team.

Don’t forget that if the ‘Teams and Team Members’ option is enabled, the Manager will be able to see the data of all the users of the team (team linked to the profile), as well as access the information of the direct team members (employees with the user as manager), even if they are linked to other teams.

Profiles > Manager > Career > PDP.

2 - To visualize the entire company, the administrator profile is recommended. With it, you can view the PDPs of all users in the company.

Profiles > Admin > Career > PDP.

With the chosen profile, go to the PDP menu.

In PDP, filter by what you want: my vision, my team or the company.

Select the intended user's PDP and track the development. You can post comments and attachments to the timeline and see the progress of each user.

To the "my team" and "company" views, you can access the analytics for further data analysis. On the PD's screen, click on "show analytics".
