This article is intended for administrators, managers and collaborators. If you want to learn more about access profiles, click here.
In your organization, it is possible that more than one company exists and that, in this
structure, you are a member of one or more with different functions.
To help you organize your activities and goals, Elofy has a multi-user feature. With this
feature, you can have more than one access connected to your name.
We remember here a very important point: multi-user is not to be confused with multi-company. Let's look at two examples:
➡️Example of multi-user: collaborator João works at company X and performs two functions A and B that do not keep each other, so he needs to have 02 accesses, within the environment of that single company, on the Elofy platform, to be able to organize your goals and activities separately.
Then, two logins associated with your name will be created, as will be shown in this article. In addition, he will be able to switch between the two accesses because here we have a single company with a single environment and its two accesses are contained in that base.
➡️Example of multi-company: Collaborator Maria is part of an economic group that owns several companies. She performs functions for company X and company Y of that group, therefore, she needs to have access to the environments of each company, on the Elofy platform, which are different and do not conserve each other.
In this case, with the same login (e-mail and password), she will be able to access both the environment of company X and company Y, but she will not be able to switch between them, as in multi-user, since here we have environments separate from different companies.
However, to make this possible, your company must activate this feature on the platform. If you are an administrator user, to activate it you need to contact our CS team. But if you are not an administrator user, please contact your HR to clarify any questions.
Step 01
After logging into the platform, regardless of the method used (login created, Google or Microsoft), the system will show you the possible accesses, according to the companies you are linked to in your organization.
Step 02
Select the user you want and click on Access.
Step 03
In the platform, you will also be able to switch between your users from the My Vision section. Just click on the one you want and the system will redirect you to the selected session.
And that’s it!!
