Custom reports are developed by our architecture team based on your request via a parameterization request.
You can request a report based on your analysis needs to our CS team, who will open an internal development order.
Once your report is ready, it will be available for access within the Elofy platform. In this article, you will learn how to access it.
Step 01
The first step is to ensure that you have the necessary access permission, which is usually only provided to administrator users.
If you are an administrator user, please follow these steps.
Go to settings > profiles. Then click on the ‘administrator’ profile and in the ‘reports’ tab, finally enable the following option:
NOTE: For each new custom report delivered, it must be enabled so that you can view it on the reports screen, as shown in the image below:
Step 02
Next, make sure that on the companies tab the "reports" feature is enabled. Go to settings > company.
Step 03
Then, you will find the following icon on your screen:
Click on it to access the reports screen.
Step 04
On the reports screen, you will be able to filter the customized reports that were delivered by our team.
Step 05
Apply the filter and export your report.
