This article is intended for administrators, managers and collaborators. If you want to learn more about access profiles, click here.

In this article, you will understand how Elofy's first screen works. To help you, we've divided the article into a few sections, just click on one of the options below:

Middle section of My Vision

1 - Feelings Thermometer: Here you can share how you are feeling.

2 - Pending items: Here are listed your items that are awaiting some action, whether it is a Survey response or a Performance Evaluation. If you have a manager profile, other items, will also appear on this list, such as: approving pairs chosen by your team members for a performance evaluation or releasing notes after the cycle is finished.

This means that as HR or the Manager releases these tasks, in addition to receiving the notification by email, the pending tasks will also be available on the platform, with the deadline and the action you need to take, making it easier to follow up on them on a daily basis.

3 - One-on-One Conversations: Right below the pending items, you will find your scheduled one-on-one conversations, letting you keep track of the date and time they will take place, allowing better management of your tasks.

4 - Goals contract: If your company adopts goals contracts, your contract with linked goals will be purchased on the home screen. You can track progress through the rules for each goal here. Also, by clicking on the contract or goal, you will be redirected to the details screen.

5 - List of OKRs: Next, you will find the list of your OKRs that you are responsible or jointly liable for. By clicking on an OKR, you will be redirected to the details screen. In addition, you can also expand and see all the OKRs linked to the goal.

6 - Feedbacks Analytics: At last, in the main section of the screen, you will find analytics with data from your feedbacks of the last 03 months. To learn more about it, click here.
