Step 01
On the cycle start date, the banner of the new evaluation will be displayed on your profile, and you will also find the deadline for replying. In order to proceed, click on Answer in the Pending tab.
Step 02
When you enter the performance evaluation, you will have access to all the pending items you must answer. They can be Self-Evaluation, Evaluation of your Team, Evaluation of your Manager, and Peer Evaluation.
To start the evaluation, click Start.
NOTE: If a peer evaluation is set up, this step is mandatory for releasing the other evaluations. Therefore, you must choose the expected number of invited collaborators and click on the Save button.
Note - HR may, in the review cycle configuration, limit the number of peer and client invitations each user can receive. Therefore, if the user you want to choose has already received the maximum number of invitations, he will be unavailable for selection, as shown in the image below:
Whenever a user is chosen by someone, regardless of the manager's approval stage, it will count -1 from the total invitations;
If the evaluation has customer approval by a Manager, when the manager disapproves someone, that user has a credit again and becomes available again to be chosen as a peer or customer.
Step 03
When you start an evaluation, you have access to the data of the employee being evaluated and you can see the phases of the performance evaluation at the top.
Step 04
To answer the questions, you just have to click on the ruler point you want.
Also, a comment can be made so that the evaluated person can see it later in their report (if configured, the comment can be mandatory).
NOTE 01: Within Elofy, up to 5 stages can exist in each evaluation and the configuration of each stage is done by the company.
NOTE 02: What is recorded in the comments field of each question will be available in the individual reports for each user. If you want to know more about it, click here.
Step 05
Once you have completed the phase, you can just click Next beside the appraisee's information, or at the bottom of the page, to continue answering the performance evaluation.
You can configure the evaluation to show Details about the performance of each employee evaluated. This shows the development of each one of the goals registered in the platform and the feedback exchanged within the evaluation.
In order to see this information, click on the Details button.
Step 06
Once you have finished filling out the performance evaluation, you must click on Finish.
Step 07
Once you have completed the performance evaluation, you can review it until the deadline. You can do this by clicking Review in your profile.
