How to manage Performance Evaluations?

In this article, you will learn how to use the dashboard and management screens for performance evaluations.

The Performance Evaluation is an important tool that companies use to understand and measure the performance of employees in the company. Therefore, it is one of the main features of Elofy.

Management Screen of the Performance Evaluation.

Step 01

Click Career > Cycle Reviews.

Step 02

This will display a listing of all Cycles that are Active at that moment. To proceed, click ‘Manage’ on the wanted cycle.

Step 03

On the management screen, you can use some filters to see respondent information:

  • By user name.

  • By situation: pending, in progress, or completed.

  • By the team they belong to.

Step 04

You can also add Users to the Cycle, if they are not included. Send an email to all users to remind them to answer the evaluation.

Step 05

Below you can see the percentage of how many evaluations have been performed, how many are incomplete, and how many have not been started yet. This information is available in the blue bar.

Step 06

Below you can access two tabs: the Evaluated People tab, which shows who is in the cycle, and the Reviewers tab, which shows who the Evaluators are and who they should evaluate.

A) On the first tab | Evaluated People - you can click on the user's name to edit the cycle’s information:

If you want to make any change in the audience, such as adding a new manager to evaluate an employee, click on the name of the employee to be evaluated and select "EDIT" on the evaluator type you want to change (Manager/Team/Pair):

  • Remember that adding new evaluators does not eliminate the possibility of evaluating old evaluators. Therefore, if the old evaluator will no longer perform the evaluation, you must unselect the box.

B) On the second tab | Reviewers - you can click on the evaluator's name and see which users they have already evaluated. Also, it is possible to send an email notification regarding the evaluation.


Performance Evaluation Dashboard Screen

Step 01

Click Career > Cycle Reviews.

Step 02

This will display a listing with all Cycles that are Active at that moment. To proceed, click ‘Dashboard’ on the wanted cycle.

Step 03

On the dashboard screen you can access the following data:

  1. Number of participants: in this screen you can remove users from the cycle, you just have to click on ‘Number of participants’ and then on ‘Remove from the cycle’.

  2. Number of non-participating users: in this screen you can add new users to the cycle, you just have to click on ‘Number of non-participating users’ and then on ‘Add to cycle’.

  3. Cycle type: indicate which cycle is being run - 90°, 180°, or 360°.

  4. Percentage of assessments completed: Displays the list of people evaluated in the cycle and which evaluations have been completed or have not yet been started. In this screen, you can:

    • Export Data to Excel:

    • Inactivate evaluations:

    • See only inactivated evaluations:
