Key employees are people who are critical to the company, who have unique skill sets, and who contribute positively to the business.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to activate them.
Step 01
Go to Settings > Users.
Step 02
In the users’ list, click the "pencil" icon on the user you wish to turn into a key employee.
Step 03
In the users’ information screen, select the "key employee" option, located under the profile picture.
Step 04
Click Save.
NOTE - The activation of the key employee can also be done on the 9box screen, to learn more about it, click here.
Viewing key employees on the Succession screen
After activating the company's key employees, you can visualize them on the succession screen.
Step 01
Go to Career > Succession.
Step 02
Select the ‘By Successors’ view.
Step 03
In By successors, use the ‘key person’ search filter.
Step 04
The screen will show your company's key employees. Remember that you can also choose talented employees on the 9box screen, to learn more about it, read here.
Step 05
By clicking on the employee’s name, a side screen will open with the data and the succession in which the employee is included.
