How to access the performance evaluation report?

Step 01

On the top menu, click Career > Career.

Step 02

Once you have accessed the career page, you can see your evaluations and your Personal Performance Reports, if they have already been released by your manager.

If you have participated in more than one cycle, you can use the filters button to select the last cycle. Once you have selected the filters, you can click on the report button and you will have access to the report with the answers regarding the selected evaluation.

NOTE: Keep in mind that you can only see your own report after it has been released by your manager.

How to interpret the results of the performance evaluation?

After you click on the report button above, a new screen will open with the graphs of your performance evaluation results.

a) First section

In the first section, you will find the following data:

  1. User data: name, position, team, and time in the company.

  2. The final concept of the performance evaluation.

  3. The possibility of sending Youtime, to learn more about it, click here.

Attention - The following graphs will show the final concepts for each stage, if this has been configured in the review cycle. If the visualization by concept has not been enabled, the graphs will show the percentages. This configuration is made by the user administrators of your company.

b) Second section

In the second section, you will find pie charts of each stage of the performance evaluation, with the final concepts, generated from the scores given by each evaluator (the user, manager, team, peers or clients), based on the cycle settings:

NOTE 1 - By hovering the mouse over the graph, you can see the final concept of the grades given by each evaluator.

NOTE 2 - You can remove the evaluators' scores from the graph by clicking over the evaluator's amplitude.

c) Third section

In the third section, you will find spider graphs that will help you organize concepts and generate good ideas that you can turn into actionable goals or solutions.

Spider charts are available for values and competencies.

Similar to pie charts, they will bring the final concepts for each score given by each evaluator, taking into account the following distribution:

  • Middle of the graph - no concept.

  • Borders of the graph - the best concept.

NOTE 1 - When you hover the mouse over the graph, you will see the final concept of the scores given by each evaluator.

NOTE 2 - You can remove the evaluators' scores from the graph by clicking over the evaluator's amplitude.

d) Fourth section

In the fourth section, you will find a horizontal bar graph displaying the averages for each question in the results stage, according to the configuration made.

  • Blue: evaluation by questionnaires.

  • Pink: evaluation by goals.

  • Green: evaluation by initiatives.

  1. Legend: Blue (evaluation by questionnaires), pink (evaluation by goals), and green (evaluation by initiatives).

NOTE - You can remove one of the steps by deselecting the legend option.

  2. Concept: When you hover the mouse over the bar, you will see the final concept of the question’s average.

  3. Average: There are three types of graph views - general average (manager and self-evaluation), manager's average, and self-evaluation average.

e) Fifth section

In the fifth section, you will find the list of the competencies, values, results and potential stage and the final concept of the average score of each evaluator (self, manager, peers, clients and team), according to the cycle settings.

NOTE - You can also view the comments that were recorded at the time of evaluation.
