The strategy map provides a perspective view of your company's OKRs or target contracts.

That way, you can, for example, take your planning or that of the team to a strategic or alignment meeting so that everyone can see what the existing responsibilities are and their impact on the future of the business.

To see the OKR organizational chart, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 01

Go to Strategy > Strategy.

Step 02

On the desired query screen, access the strategic map icon. It can be used for visualization:

  • The company's drivers with the objectives linked below and, if any, key results and initiatives;

  • The objectives with the key results linked below and, if any, initiatives;

  • And, finally, the contracts of goals with the relationship of users.

Step 03

Let's look at the map for the view of drivers/OKRs and target contracts.

➡️ Drivers / OKRs

*The map view of drivers and OKRs is similar, so let's present a case with drivers.

Clicking on the driver you want to see the links will open all the objectives linked to it:

The objective card has the following data:

  1. Objective name;

  2. Type: individual, team or shared;

  3. Responsible;

  4. Ruler of progress and status;

  5. Number of linked key results. By clicking on it, you can open the list of KRs (And if the key result has initiatives, you can also expand the data);

  6. Whether it is a strategic objective or not (star);

  7. And the objectives linked to the objective.

In addition, by clicking on the objective, key result or initiative, you have access to the data sidebar:

Thus, you can, in one place, see the entire strategic map, access detailed data and measure key results.

And in the objective sidebar, you can also see the alignments to make changes if you wish:

We remind you that for each driver (or OKR or contract), you view the data separately.

For example, driver X can have 3 objectives (a,b,c) linked and driver Y can have 2 objectives (d,e) linked. The map of each hierarchy is presented separately so that you have a clear view of the data. How can we see:

Another cool feature is the map zoom so you can adjust the screen as best as possible:

For the vision of the drivers and OKRs, we recommend using the filter "aligned objectives" so that the map brings only the objectives that have links:

➡️Contract of Goals

As for the goals contract, the map does not look at alignments, as in the case of drivers and OKRs, but rather at the registration of users: who is the Manager and what is the structure of subordinates.

In terms of data, we have the following information:

  1. User;

  2. Ruler of progress of the individual contract;

  3. Number of users below the analyzed user. Clicking expands the hierarchical relationship map;

  4. Number of goals linked to the contract, by clicking on the arrow, you can open the list of goals.

It is important to note that for users without a registered goals contract, the information "no goals contract" will be displayed, as shown in the image below:

And that’s it!!
