How to answer a dismissal survey?

In this article, you will learn how to answer a dismissal survey.

This article is intended for administrator, manager, and employee users. To understand more about access profiles, read here.

The recommended access settings for the dismissal survey for each profile are as follows:

Administrator

Go to: Settings > Profiles > Administrator > Surveys tab > Dismissal Survey. Enable the "view and edit" options for users of the entire company:

Managers

Go to: Settings > Profiles > Manager > Surveys tab > Dismissal Survey.

For managers, we have different viewing options. You can enable the "view and edit" options for subordinates, teams and subordinates, managers and/or accessible teams as needed. You can read the access profiles article to understand the difference between them. For this feature, the most used option is this one:

Employees

Go to: settings > profiles > employee > Surveys tab > Dismissal Survey. Enable only the "view and edit" options:

There are two different methods to answer a dismissal survey, according to the type of submission made by the company: by an external link or by Elofy, as below.

Responding to the dismissal survey by email

Step 01

Once the dismissal survey has been sent by the company, you will receive the following email:

Click on "answer questionnaire" to be redirected to the dismissal survey.

Step 03

By clicking it, you will be redirected to a second page to request the access permission code. Click on "send code".

Step 04

A code will be sent to your email:

Copy and paste it into the page where you requested the code and click "verify":

Step 05

You now have access to the dismissal survey. Answer the questions as requested.

NOTE - The process above is exactly the same as when you receive a link from the company to answer the survey.

Responding to the dismissal survey in Elofy

Step 01

If you are still active on the platform and have received the dismissal survey through it, you will have access on the My Vision screen, under "pending".

Click reply to access the survey and answer the questions as requested.
