How to create a Squads/PODs structure?

Find out in this article how to create PODs/Squads.

PODs/Squads are currently only used in Performance Evaluation, so when it is defined that there will be evaluation of managers and team evaluation, you can choose the PODs/Squads managers.

Follow the instructions below to learn how to create new PODs/Squads

Step 01

Go to Settings > Project Structure.

Step 02

Click on + Add New Project.

Step 03

Then a pop-up will be displayed with the following boxes to be filled in:

  1. Name: Name the POD/Squad.

  2. Manager: Specify who will be the Manager of this squad.

  3. 2nd Manager: Specify who will be the 2nd Manager, if you have one.

  4. Committee Pool: If you want, set Tags for this squad/POD.

To finish the action, click Save.


And that’s it!!
