In order to start creating objectives, it is crucial to create a driver so that the teams have a vision of the path the company wants to take for that specific year.
To do this, just follow the steps below.
Step 01
Go to the + symbol > Driver.
Step 02
To create it, follow the steps below:
Define the driver’s name: it must be clear and straightforward so that all users understand the company's strategy.
Describe the driver: Write a short description of the reason for this driver in the company's planning.
Period: Specify the period.
Responsible party: Define the responsible party.
Co-responsible party: If you want, define the co-responsible party.
Tags: You can also insert some tags by typing text and pressing enter.
To finalize the process, click Save.
