How to approve or disapprove the peer selection of your team members?

If you are participating in a performance evaluation with a peer pendency and are currently in an approval workflow, as a manager, you must evaluate the peer selection of your team members. If you want to learn how to approve or disapprove peers, follow the steps below.

Step 01

In your profile, click REPLY on the pending performance evaluation.

Step 02

When you enter the Pending Performance Evaluation screen, click on Peer Approval.

Step 03

When you click on Peer Approval, you will get a view of all your team members. In order to start the peer validation, click on the employee you want.

Step 04

To approve a peer, you must click the "to approve" button next to the employee's name.

Step 05

To disapprove a pair, you must click on disapprove and write an explanation. When a peer is disapproved, an automatic email is sent to the employee with the justification sent.

NOTE - It is only possible to reject peers/clients if the collaborator has selected a number of peers/clients greater than the minimum number.

You can always check the peer selection status on the peer approval tab.

  • Completed: You have already approved the minimum number of pairs and released it for evaluation.

  • Pending: The collaborator has already made the peer selection but you have not yet approved it.

  • No Pairs: The collaborator has not yet made the peer selection.
