Whenever an employee that you lead creates an objective and sends it for approval, you must approve or disapprove it.
To do so, follow the steps below.
Step 01
You will get a pending item on your "my vision" screen, to access the subordinate's objective. Click on "view".
Step 02
When you click on it, you will be redirected to the OKRs screen, in the "under approval" filter. Click on the subordinate's objective to see the details.
You can access more details by clicking on "access objective".
Step 03
After analyzing the objective, you can decide whether it will be approved or disapproved.
You can also approve or disapprove from the general objectives screen. Select the objective and then click "approve" or "disapprove".
NOTE: When an objective is approved or disapproved, it will send an email notification to the collaborator.
Approved Objective
If you approve the objective, the status will change to Approved for both you and the collaborator.
Disapproved Objective
When you disapprove a goal, you can explain the reason for the disapproval so that the collaborator knows what needs to be edited before resending it for approval.
To finish sending the explanation, click Save.
After that, the objective's status will change to Disapproved.
