After your objective has been approved by your manager, you or your manager can submit it for performance evaluation.

Just follow the step-by-step guide below.
Step 01
Go to OKRs > OKRs.
Step 02
On the OKRs screen, you can filter by the " workflow - approved" type to make your search easier.
Step 03
Select the wanted objective and click on it.
Step 04
In the details sidebar, click on "send for evaluation". You can also add comments.
Step 05
After the submission, the status will change to "under evaluation". You will not be able to edit it, while it is under evaluation.
