Updated over a year ago

To access the dismissal survey, follow the steps below:

This article is intended for administrators. If you want to learn more about access profiles, click here.

Step 01

Access survey > dismissals.

Step 02

On the dismissal search screen, filter by "your team or company" view and by the "period".

And if you wish, apply filters for a more specific view. Filters are available according to the view level:

  • For team view: by the dismissal period, by type (voluntary or involuntary) or by company position.

When applying a filter, the entire report will change according to the application made.

Step 03

Right below the filters, you can see the following highlights:

  1. Turnover rate: the average turnover rate of your company within the filtered period;

    • Turnover rate calculation: the sum of all dismissal surveys sent divided by the total number of active users in the company.

  2. Voluntary dismissals: the number of voluntary dismissals and the percentage of growth or decrease within the filtered period;

  3. Involuntary dismissals: the number of involuntary dismissals and the percentage of growth or decrease within the filtered period.

Step 04

Next, you can see the dismissal survey report including the following analytics:

a) NPS rate: In case your survey includes NPS questions, a chart just for this type of questionnaire will be displayed in your report. This makes it easier to identify who are the detractors, neutrals and promoters of your company.

The NPS analytics is composed of two charts:

  • A pie chart, in which you can visualize the distribution of detractors (red), neutrals (yellow) and promoters (green), as well as the NPS overall average of the survey (according to level - team or entire company).

  • A bar chart that shows the number of responses the question had at each point of the NPS ruler. The bars are colored according to the NPS: detractors (red), neutrals (yellow) and promoters (green).

By clicking on "to see 9 answers to the question", a list will be displayed with the former employees who answered the NPS question, with each one's NPS score.

Check it out in the image below:

b) Dismissal type: This chart shows the distribution of dismissals, by type (voluntary or involuntary) per team.

By hovering the mouse over the bar, you can see the percentage of each type of dismissal.

  • For the company view, the overall average for the entire company and the distribution in each team will be provided.

c) Stay rate: Unlike the previous chart, this one shows the stay rate in each company team, that is, the duration the users stay until they are dismissed, voluntarily or involuntarily.

The stay time is calculated only for those users who answered the dismissal survey and who have a registered admission and dismissal date.

As shown above, when you hover the mouse over the bar, you can see the percentage of the stay rate, distributed according to the company time of the dismissed users.

  • For the company view, the overall average for the entire company and the distribution in each team will be provided.

Step 05

Below you will see the answer rates for each team or the specific team, according to the view level, for the following types of questions in the dismissal survey.

By hovering your mouse over the bars, you will see the distribution of responses from former employees.

a) Rating questions - star, heart, emojis and NPS

  • For star and heart ratings, the distribution is recorded, according to the following color logic: 🔴 (detractors), 🟡 (neutral) and 🟢(promoters)

    IMAGEM

  • For emojis, the distribution will follow the color of the emojis: 😡 (anger - red), 😞 (sad - yellow), 😑 (gray - neutral), 😊 (light green - happy), 😁 (dark green - very happy)

    IMAGEM

  • For NPS questions, the distribution will be based on detractors, neutrals and promoters of the company

Keep in mind that for NPS, rating and heart, the logic of the distribution of detractors, neutrals and promoters varies according to the size of the ruler used:

NPS 0-5

NPS 1-5

NPS 0-10

NPS 1-10

0,1,2,3 [Detractors]

4 [Neutrals]

5 [Promoters]

1,2,3 [Detractors]

0,1,2,3,4,5,6 [Detractors]

7,8 [Neutrals]

9,10 [Promoters]

1,2,3,4,5,6 [Detractors]

7,8 [Neutrals]

9,10 [Promoters]
