Asynchronous export of the reports is performed in csv format. (Comma separated data), so you must convert them into an excel spreadsheet to make your analysis easier. The process is quite easy, just follow the steps below.
Step 01
Open a new Excel file.
Step 02
In the file, follow this path: Data > Get Data > From File > From Text/CSV. Choose the file from your computer and click ‘open’.
Step 03
Once you open the file, a new screen will be displayed. Click ‘load’ and the data will be converted into an Excel spreadsheet.
How to convert a csv file to Google Sheets?
Step 01
Open a new file in Google Sheets. In the file, click File > Import.
Step 02
Select the file on your computer, then ‘in separator type’ enter ‘custom’ and in ‘separator’ enter ‘;’ (semicolon).
Step 03
Click on ‘import data’ and your file will be converted into an Excel spreadsheet.
