How to use the Strategy dashboard?

By using the Strategy dashboard, you will be able to see key information related to your objectives, the objectives of your team or the objectives of the entire company.

With the dashboard, it will be easier to get insights, anticipate possible risks, and make more assertive decisions for the future of the business.

Access to the dashboard is available based on the view level of your user's access profile. If you want to learn more about access profiles, read here.

Step 01

Go to OKRs > Strategy Dashboard.

Step 02

Select the view level based on your access profile permissions: individual OKRs, team OKRs (for Managers view) or for the entire company (for Administrators view).

Step 03

You can use filters to make your analysis more specific.

NOTE - For the team and company level, there are also the filters: team and managers.

Step 04

Once you have chosen the view level and applied the desired filters, you can analyze the OKR charts:

NOTE - The dashboard only shows the key objectives and results that are currently active in the platform.

➡️My Vision - for Employees

1 - Overall average of your objectives' progress. In the example above, 66% of the registered OKRs have already been completed.

2 - Distribution of the objective types you are part of. In the example above, among all the OKRs, 05 are objectives of the team the user is part of.

  • Keep in mind that this will depend on the settings made in the platform, since your company can choose to have only one type or the 03 types, read more about this here;

  • You can remove data to get a more personalized view of the chart. To do so, select the option you wish to remove by clicking on the titles located in the legend.

3 - Number of objectives per period, in other words, the number of OKRs registered by you within each period of the company. In the example above, there are 1 OKR registered in the 4th quarter of 2021 and 05 OKRs in the 3rd quarter of 2021.

4 - Number of objectives per status. In the example above, most of the objectives are according to the planned:

  • Keep in mind that the status of the objectives can be updated both manually and automatically, depending on the settings that your company chooses, read more here;

  • You can remove data to have a more personalized view of the chart, as previously explained in chart 02.

5 - A list of the progress of your objectives according to the measurements recorded in the corresponding KRs. When you hover the mouse over the chart, you will be able to read the entire title of the objective:

6 - Number of objectives by stage of the approval workflow. In the example above, the user has 02 objectives approved by the Manager.

  • Don’t forget that the visualization of this chart will depend on the settings made in the platform, considering that your company may or may not choose the workflow for approval of objectives, read more about this here.

7 - Number of key results by progress sentiment: it will not reach, it will reach or almost there. In the example above, the user has 03 KRs with the sentiment "almost there".

8 - A list of the progress of your KRs, according to the registered measurements. When you hover the mouse over the chart, you can read the title of the KR:

9 - Chart with the progress of your KRs initiatives of the action plan type, according to the recorded measurements.


➡️My Team - for Managers

Note: The team overview includes your OKRs and the OKRs of your team members.

1 - Overall average progress of your team's objectives. In the example above, 58% of the OKRs registered by the user's subordinates (including the manager) have already been completed.

2 - Distribution of the objective types for which the subordinates are responsible. In the example above, among all the OKRs, 08 are part of the "individual" type.

  • Keep in mind that this will depend on the settings made in the platform, since your company can choose to have only one type or the 3 types, read more about it here;

  • You can remove data to get a more personalized view of the chart. To do so, select the option you want to remove by clicking on the titles located in the legend.

3 - Number of objectives per period, in other words, the number of OKRs registered by your team members and by you, within each period of the company. In the example above, there are 2 OKRs registered in the 4th quarter of 2021 and 7 in the 3rd quarter.

04 - Total of your team members (including you) with objectives. In the example above, there are 5 users with objectives.

05 - Number of objectives by stage of the workflow, in other words, in which stage are located the objectives of your team members that were sent for your approval. In the example above, there are 8 objectives still in the planning stage for each user.

  • Don't forget that the visualization of this chart will depend on the settings made in the platform, considering that your company can choose or not the workflow for approval of objectives, read more about it here;

  • You can remove data to have a more personalized view of the chart, as previously shown in chart 02.

06 - A list with the number of objectives per subordinate. In the example above, the user Elô is the one with the most objectives under her responsibility, in a total of 8.

07 - Distribution of the number of objectives by stages of the approval workflow, this chart follows the same logic as chart 5, but showing a line view.

08 - Distribution of the number of objectives by status. In the example above, most of the objectives of your subordinates have not been started yet.

  • Keep in mind that the status of the objectives can be updated both manually and automatically, depending on the settings that your company chooses, read more about it here;

  • You can remove data to have a more personalized view of the chart, as previously explained in chart 02.

09 - Objective distribution by status about the subordinate in order to understand how each collaborator is doing regarding their responsibilities.

10 - Overall average of the progress of the objectives of each subordinate. In the example above, the user Ana Clara has already fulfilled 90% of the objectives that were under her responsibility, but the user Gio Beck has only progressed 17.5%.

11 - A list of the progress of your team's objectives, visualized by names. By hovering the mouse over the chart, you can read the title of the objective, as shown above.

12 - Total of your team's subordinates with key results. In the example above, there are 3 users with KRs. Keep in mind that a user can be responsible for a KR within an objective that is not their responsibility, as in the case of shared or team OKRs.

13 - A list with the number of KRs per leader. In the example above, the user Ana Clara has 3 KR under her responsibility.

14 - Overall average of KRs progress by subordinate, in other words, the chart shows how each employee is progressing. In the example above, the user Ana Clara has already concluded 79% of the KRs under her responsibility.

15 - A list of the progress of the KRs by name, according to the registered measurements. By hovering the mouse over the chart, you can read the KRs title, as shown in the image above.

16 - Total number of subordinates with pending check-ins, in other words, KRs that were not recorded for measurements within the established deadline.

17 - Distribution of pending check-ins per employee in order to get a view of who has the most pending objectives.

18 - Total number of employees with initiatives.

19 - Distribution of the total number of initiatives per subordinate.

20 - Overall average of the initiatives' progress by subordinate, in other words, the chart shows how each employee is progressing. In the example above, the user Rodrigão has already concluded 100% of the initiatives under his responsibility.

21 - A list of the initiatives' progress by name, according to the registered measurements. By hovering the mouse over the chart, you can read the title of the initiative, as shown above.


➡️Company - for Administrators

01 - Overall average of the company's objectives progress. In the example above, 60% of the OKRs entered by the users have already been completed.

02 - Distribution of the objective types of the company. In the example above, among all the OKRs, 9 are of the "team" type, 9 are "individual" and 2 are "shared".

  • Don't forget that this will depend on the settings made in the platform, since your company can choose to have only one type or the 3 types, read more about it here;

  • You can remove data to get a more personalized view of the chart. To do so, select the option you wish to remove by clicking on the titles located in the legend.

03 - Number of objectives per period, in other words, the number of OKRs registered within each period of your company.

04 - Total number of employees with objectives in the company. In the example above, there are 5 users with objectives.

05 - Distribution of the number of objectives by company teams, in this case, it is important to notice that a team can have more objectives than the number of users with objectives.

  • Example: In the Business team, there are 2 employees. Elô has one objective and Julia has 3 objectives. In total, the business team has 4 objectives, but only 2 people have objectives.

06 - Number of objectives by stages of the approval workflow, in other words, in which stage are the users' objectives that were sent for the approval of their respective Managers.

  • Don't forget that the visualization of this chart will depend on the settings made in the platform, considering that your company can choose or not the workflow for approval of objectives, read more about it here;

  • You can remove data to get a more personalized view of the chart, as shown previously in chart 02.

07 - Distribution of the number of objectives by approval workflow steps, this chart follows the same logic as chart 06, but showing a line view.

08 - Distribution of the number of objectives by status, in the example above, most of the objectives of the company's users are on schedule.

  • Don't forget that the status of the objectives can be updated both manually and automatically, depending on the settings that your company chooses, read more about it here;

  • You can remove data to get a more personalized view of the chart, as previously explained in chart 02.

09 - The distribution of the status of the objective by company teams so you can track how the performance of each sector is going.

10 - Overall average of the objectives progress per team. In the example above, the technology team is the one that is further ahead in the progress of the OKRs, having already met 50% of the objectives.

11 - Total number of employees with KRs in the company, in the example above, there are 6 users with KRs. Keep in mind that a user may be responsible for a KR within an objective that is not their responsibility, as in the case of shared or team OKRs.

12 - Number of KRs by company teams, in this case, it is important to notice that a team may have more KRs than the number of users with OKRs.

  • Example: In the HR team, there are 2 employees. Elô has 8 KRs of 1 objective and Clara has 5 KRs of 1 objective. In total, the HR team has 2 goals, 13 KRs and 2 users with responsibilities.

13 - Overall average of KRs progress by team. In the example above, the technology team has already completed 53.33% of their own KRs.

14 - Total of pending check-ins in the company, in other words, KRs that have overdue measurements by users.

15 - Total of pending check-ins by company teams. In the example above, only the HR team has pending measurements that employees have to register on the platform.

16 - Total number of employees with initiatives in the company, in the example above, there are 5 users with initiatives.

17 - Distribution of the number of initiatives by company teams, in this case, it is important to notice that a team may have more initiatives than the number of users with OKRs.

  • Example: In the Marketing team, there are 2 employees. Thai has 1 objective, with 1 KR and 4 initiatives, and John has 1 objective with 1 KR and 1 initiative. In total, the Marketing team has 2 objectives, 2 KRs, 5 initiatives and 2 users with responsibilities.

18 - Distribution of the initiatives in the teams by conclusion status: not started or concluded.

19 - Overall average progress of initiatives by team, in the example above, the people management team has already completed 66.45% of the OKRs initiatives.
