NOTE - This article is intended for administrator users. Only company administrators on the platform can set up performance evaluations, if you want to know more about it click here.
After you have set up the Performance Evaluation (see how to do it in this article), you must start the step of answering the evaluation. Follow the steps below:
Step 01
Click on Career > Cycles Reviews.
Step 02
Click Edit on the wanted performance evaluation:
Step 03
Click on "Answer assessment". This will automatically make the Performance Evaluation appear on the profile of all users selected as public from the cycle start date.
You can interrupt the Evaluation at any time by clicking the same button.
Note: In order to make changes to the cycle settings you must pause the answers by clicking on the button above.
