The approval workflow allows your company's employees to send objectives and goals contracts for approval by Managers, ensuring that planning is aligned with the future of the business.
Step 01
Go to Settings > Strategy Configuration.
Step 02
On the OKR Settings screen, enable the ‘Goal Approval Workflow’ option, and enable the ‘Assessment of objectives’ option.
OBS - It is not necessary to have the approval workflow activated for the OKR's evaluation step to exist in the performance evaluation. However, with the "assessment of objectives" option activated, two new statuses will appear for users in the workflow (not impacting the assessment).
Step 03
Now, you just have to save it.
After that, the company will be able to start the Goals Approval Workflow.
