How to see the pending check-ins?

Learn how to see how many measurements are pending in the last weeks or months.

Updated over a week ago

You can see the number of pending check-ins in the last weeks or months (based on the periodicity chosen) on the OKRs screen.

NOTE: This feature is only available for standard tracking using the weekly or monthly periodicity.

Step 01

First, it's critical to mention that in order to see the pending check-ins of an entire team or the entire company, you must have a profile with the necessary access within Elofy in the OKRs permissions section.

Typically, manager-type users will have access to their team's pending check-ins, and administrator-type users will have access to the entire company's pending check-ins.

Collaborators can usually only see the pending check-ins of key results that are shared with them or that they are configured as the responsible person/co-responsible person.

To learn more about access profiles, click here.

1. Settings for manager-type users.

Go to: Profiles > Manager > OKRs > OKRs.

On the screen, mark the "view" and "edit" options, according to the view needed (teams and team members, team members, managers and/or accessible teams), to be able to use the resources.

Don't forget that if the "teams and team members" option is enabled, the Manager will be able to see the data of all the users of the team (team linked to the record), as well as access the information of the direct team members (employees with the user as manager in the record), even if they are linked to other teams.

2. Settings for administrator-type users.

Go to: Profiles > Administrator > OKRs > OKRs.

On the screen, select the ‘view’, ‘edit’ and ‘company’ options.

Step 02

Go to OKRs > OKRs.

Step 03

When entering the OKRs screen, you can choose the view type in the quick access sidebar and filter as you want, viewing the number of pending check-ins for the key results of the filtered objectives.

Don't forget that if you don't select any filters, depending on your profile, you can see all pending check-ins for the team or the entire company.

Step 04

Once you have performed the intended filters, you can click on the number of pending check-ins to get a more detailed view of all the key results that need to be updated.

NOTE: If you have more than two pending check-ins on just one key result, it is only necessary to check-in once for it to be up to date.

And that’s it!!
