Where to visualize and how to interpret feedback analytics?

In this article, you will learn how to view, interpret and track Feedback analytics!

If you want to view the reports, follow the steps below:

Step 01

The analytics is located on the query screen of your feedbacks. In order to visualize them, click on ‘Feedbacks’ in Elofy’s Top Menu.

Step 02

When you access the query screen, you will find the Analytics on the right side of the

Feedbacks screen.

Step 03

You will find the following information:

NOTE - The analytics display will show the data, according to the view of the query screen: individual, teams or the entire company.

In order to view the data, hover the mouse over each piece of information.

  1. Average time to return feedback requests, within the filtered period;

  2. Feedback sent: the type of feedback you send the most (guidance, recognition or other type of template created by your company);

  3. Feedback received: the type of feedback you receive the most (guidance, recognition or another type of template created by your company);

  4. Feedback types: the overall average of the most received and sent feedback types;

  5. Status of requests: the average status of feedback sent and requested (in the view of the team and company it will be: requested and received, requested and not received).

Step 04

On the left side of the screen, you will see the ranking of values received, in the recognition and orientation types, in addition to the engagement ranking.

Select the value type (recognition or orientation) to see the data. Remember that values can only be tied to the types mentioned, so there is no value ranking for other types of feedback.

Then you can view the Feedbacks ranking by clicking on the down arrow.

When it opens, you can see the ranking of the top 50 people, with whom you have had the most feedback exchanges.

Step 05

If you want to download the Feedbacks reports, click on Export Excel in the query screen.

Feedback Highlights in ‘My Vision’

Besides the query screen analytics, you can also view the Feedback Highlights data for the last 03 months in the ‘My Vision’ screen.

On the home screen, below Pending and OKRs, you can access the following chart:

  • Pie chart: Displays the number of feedbacks received and sent, and the total sum of the two;

  • Feedback type bar: Displays the distribution between the types of feedbacks (orientation, recognition or another type of template created by your company) that have been sent;

  • First block: Average response time to requests (in days) plus trend indicator, compared to the previous 03 months (in the above case, the average response time rose 23%, compared to the last 3 months);

  • Second block: Percentage of unanswered requests, plus the trend indicator, compared to the previous 03 months (in the above case, the number of unanswered requests dropped by 23%, compared to the last 3 months);

  • View feedbacks: Go to the feedbacks query screen.
