How to use the data from a base indicator when creating a key result?

In this article, you will learn how to use a base indicator when creating your key result.

When creating your OKR, you can use a base indicator as a template when creating your key results. There are two different import methods: in the OKR creation screen or the objective details screen.

Base Indicator Import into the OKR Creation Screen

Step 01

Via the quick menu, click on the "objective" option.

Step 02

Once the objective has been created, the next step is to create the key result. In the creation screen, click on "+ import key result".

Step 03

In the catalog, select the wanted indicator to be used in your OKR. Click on it to import the information into your key result.

Step 04

The base indicator data will be imported in each key result box:

Step 01

Go to the OKRs screen.

Step 02

In the OKRs screen, select the wanted objective and click on it.

Step 03

In the sidebar, click on the top 3 dots to access the objective's detail screen.

Step 04

In the details screen, click on Import Indicator.

Step 05

Select the wanted indicator from the catalog and click on import.

Step 06

Check the base indicator information and click on save.

Step 07

And that's it. Now it is included in the objective as a key result.
