This article is intended for administrators. If you want to understand more about access profiles, click here.

Step 01

Go to Career > Cycle Reviews.

Step 02

Find the wanted cycle and click on ‘Edit’.

Step 03

On the cycle settings screen, click on "Release of Scores" to allow users with the Administrator profile to release scores to evaluated people, or the Manager to release scores to their own subordinates.

Step 04

Now, go to Career > Career.

Step 05

On the career screen, you can use filters to simplify your search, for example, by cycle or user name.

Step 06

Once filtered, you can select a user by user manually, by clicking on the icon next to the name, or you can enable the ‘Select not released’ option, located in the top right corner of the screen, to select all unreleased people at once.

Step 07

Click on ‘Release selected’.

Step 08

Confirm your action.

In Career it is important to be aware:

  • The users' names will only be displayed in the career tab at the moment that at least one stage of their performance evaluation has been answered.

  • Managers can only release the scores to their subordinates after you have released the start of this stage in the cycle settings.

  • Even if you have already released the stage in the cycle settings, managers can only release the scores of their subordinates when the evaluation is finished, in other words, all stages are answered.

  • Even if you release the score stage, due to a security precaution, you will not be able to view the score report on the career screen. You must ask your manager to release it.

And that’s it!!
