Step 01
If the system shows the message “Incorrect email or password”, when you try to log in to the platform, as explained in this article:
You will have to get in touch with your company’s HR so they can verify if the login email you entered is correct.
Step 02
HR will check the access email, in the Settings > Users.
In the user profile, you must check the login email in the following field:
Step 03
If the email you tried to enter is the same as the one registered in the platform, then your company's HR must contact our team to verify what may have happened.
