The features of the OKRs query screen are available for all three view levels: employees, managers and administrators, what changes is the breadth of information that can be accessed.

Step 01

Access the Strategy menu.

Step 02

The first thing you need to do is to understand the quick access menu:

  1. Featured: the overall objectives of your company that will guide the business during the annual period, you will have access according to the settings of your access profile;

  2. Goals contract: here is your contract with the respective registered goals, but you can also view the contracts of your team or of the entire company, according to your access level;

  3. OKRs: here are the OKRs for which you are responsible and also the OKRs for your team or the entire company, according to your access level;

  4. On approval: In case your company follows the objectives approval workflow and you have sent objectives to your manager for approval, they will appear in this filter;

  5. My Filters: You can make the custom search filters you create as favorites. Learn how to do it by reading here.

Within each screen, you will find the three levels of vision of the Elofy platform:

  • Individual: the contracts and OKRs that you are responsible or co-responsible for;

  • My team: the contracts and OKRs that your manager and teammates are responsible or co-responsible for, you can access this filter based on your profile settings;

  • Company: It brings all the objectives that are registered in the Elofy platform, regardless of type. This filter will only be displayed to users with access to company-wide information.

Step 03

Now let's go to the features of the query screen. The resources, whether for OKRs or Target Contract are the same, just with some particularities that will be pointed out.

It is important to note that only the filter feature is available for all forms of visualization, the other features appear only for the list data view.

OBS - The screens are presented with some active filters, so it is necessary to remove them and apply the desired ones, if necessary.

  1. New: From here, you can create a new OKR, driver, or goal contract. We recommend reading the following articles:

        • For OKRs, the company's aligned objectives are presented, that is, those that have a hierarchical relationship, as well as the key results with the main monitoring data;

        • For the goals contract, your goals contract is displayed or, in the case of the team and company view, the users who have contracts and those who do not.

      • Format cards (read more here):

        • For OKRs, objectives are presented in card format, with the name, progress ruler and number of linked KRs. For a card, you can access the objective details screen;
