How to register questionnaires for 1:1 conversations?

In this article, you will learn how to register a questionnaire for use in one-on-one conversations.

The One-on-One conversation is a moment of exchange between manager and subordinate to share ideas, problems, and establish a path for personal development.

If you want to conduct a structured conversation, it is crucial to have templates to help you and ensure that your employees know which direction they need to go.

Step 01

To access the screen and start creating a questionnaire, go to Settings > Questionnaires:

Click on the + create questionnaire button.

Step 03

Set up the survey as follows:

  1. Questionnaire name: Define the questionnaire name;

  2. Questionnaire type: Choose the 1-1s questionnaire type;

  3. Status: Select the status of the questionnaire as active. You can then inactivate it by selecting the ‘no’ option.

Step 04

Click add question and choose the ‘Talking points’ question type.

Step 05

Once you have selected the question type, follow the steps for the configuration:

Qualitative textual question: Write your talking point (Is only necessary to complete this step).

* Enter as many topics as you like!

Then click Save.

In order to edit a created questionnaire, go back to the survey screen and click on the editing pencil. This will give you access to the creation screen and you can edit all the information, including inactivating it.
