How to create a You Time questionnaire?

In this article, you will learn how to create a You Time questionnaire in the Performance Evaluation.

The You Time is used for a conversation between the Manager and the Employee after a performance evaluation as a kind of closure.

It is similar to the 1:1s conversation, however, the flow is different as it requires an acknowledgement of receipt by the employee.

Creating the You Time questionnaire

NOTE - In the platform there can only be one active You Time questionnaire at a time.

Step 01

Go to the questionnaires screen.

Step 02

Click on the + create questionnaire button.

Step 03

Fill in the following information:

  1. Survey name: Choose a name for your survey;

  2. Type: Select the ‘You Time’ type;

  3. Status: Select the ‘active’ option. If you want to deactivate it later, just search for the name of your questionnaire, click on edit, and change the status to ‘no’.

Step 04

Click on add question > qualitative.

Step 05

Fill out the question information, as follows:

  1. Define its position in the questionnaire;

  2. Type the question text;

  3. If you want, add some text to further explain what it is about.

Step 06

To finish creating the Questionnaire, click on Save.
