This article is intended for administrators, managers and employees. If you want to learn more about access profiles, click here.
After you have created or participated in the one-on-one conversation, you can track the notes, comments, charts, and action plans created by you and your colleague. Check it out in the step-by-step below.
Step 01
Go to the menu > 1-1 meetings.
Step 02
In this menu you can access all one-on-one conversations and view them with some specific filters.
You can access the screen for creating new 1-1s or recording conversations that have already taken place, using the +register 1-1 button;
By viewing levels, you decide which information you want to view, according to your access profile - individual view, team view (leadership conversations) or the entire company;
You can customize your query through filters - Period, users, manager, teams, status (draft, scheduled, accepted, performed or cancelled), 1-1 name, status (active or inactive) and tags;
The three levels of view have accompanying analytics, with some differences in the data that is presented:
Individual View: in addition to the number of 1-1s by status and by initiatives (completed or pending), you can also see who you talked to the most and the most used templates.
Team View: for the team view, it is also possible to see the number of 1-1s by status and by initiatives (completed or pending) of the team members, which employees recorded the most conversations and, finally, the templates most used by them.
Company Vision: the company's vision is very similar to the team's vision, the only difference is the fact that the first bar graph shows the managers who held the most conversations.
Already in the 1-1s list, you can filter to only see the conversations that were shared with third-party users;
And also export the data to an Excel spreadsheet.
Step 03
And finally, you can also access 1-1 or even disable it. But remember that when you inactivate a conversation, you cannot later reactivate it, you can only access it, filtering by the "inactive" status.
And that's it!
