NOTE - This article is intended for administrator users. Only company administrators on the platform can set up performance evaluations, if you want to know more about it click here.
Roles and responsibilities are the deliveries to be evaluated for each position or team. This is another way to evaluate the performance of employees.

Step 01
First, you have to register the Deliveries that will be evaluated. Click Settings > Deliverables:

Click on +Deliverable:
You can edit the roles and responsibilities, you just have to click on the one you want and edit it in the sidebar that will open:
Step 03
Fill in the role and responsibility information:
Designate a name for your role and responsibility.
Describe the role and responsibility and add statements about it as you think necessary. It will be visible at the time of the Performance Evaluation.
Add or create a category.
Add the positions that will be evaluated by this Delivery. If you want to just select an entire team to be evaluated, leave this field blank.
Add the teams that will be evaluated by this Delivery. If there is no team to be evaluated, leave this field blank.
Step 04
Now that the roles and responsibilities have been created, let's see how to add a Delivery evaluation step to your Performance Evaluation.
On the settings screen of your Performance Evaluation, in the Step field, select Results:
In the Questionnaire selection box that will be displayed on the screen, do not select anything.
Step 05
Select the option 'Enable deliverables assessment' in Evaluation Execution Screen:
