With the questionnaires, users will be able to use them in feedback exchanges more easily, since they act as a support for those who still don't know how to better ask for feedback, as well as strengthen the company's culture of engagement and transparency.
Once the profile is set up, follow the steps below.
Step 01
Go to the questionnaires screen.
Step 02
Click on the + create questionnaire button.
Step 03
In the survey screen, follow these steps:
Set a name for your survey;
Choose the ‘feedback’ option;
Click on the ‘yes’ option to activate it. If you want to deactivate it later, just go back to the survey screen and choose the ‘no’ option.
Step 04
Click Add Question.
NOTE - For feedback surveys, you can only create qualitative-type questions, that is, questions that seek opinions, impressions, and points of view.
Step 05
When you click on add question, fill in the following information:
Define its position in the questionnaire;
Type the question text;
If you want, add some text to further explain what it is about.
TIP - Create a stop/start/continue questionnaire
STOP FROM... Behaviors that hinder performance or affect teamwork.
CONTINUE TO...Behaviors noticed that favor performance and contribute to interpersonal relationships.
BEGIN TO... Behaviors that can be developed and that will bring positive results for performance and team relationships.
To add new questions, just click ‘add question’ as in step 04. You can add as many questions as you want to your survey.
Click save and your survey will be displayed in the feedback editing screen.
Once created, you can go back to the survey screen and edit the questions you have created.
